It is one line of code in the plugin stopping it working in Gimp 2.10.18. Fixed in linux but needs someone to recompile the Windows version. I now have Gimp 2.10.18 on my (Windows -64 bits). Unfortunately Gimp does not recognize liquid rescale, which I find very unfortunate.

liquid-rescale problem.

This for CtrlAltDel who wanted a replacement liquid-rescale.

This compiled with a fix. Linux, 64 bit, unpack (check permissions) put in the Gimp-appimage user plugins folder.

Thats it... 01-folder.jpg .....and before you say it does not work, it does, Find the entry bottom of the layers menu. ...but do not expect miracles from LQ, it does throw away pixels same as cropping an image, just not...

I think problem is solved with Onkel Hatti 64 bit liquid rescale. Put the two files in your Gimp profile plug-ins folder. Thats it. The original 32 bit files ...
