Hello. Here is my new tutorial. Initially I wanted to use the sketch filter in this,
but after playing some time with felt, I felt...that felt gave that touch I like.

This isn't a hard tutorial, just few filters in a chain. It'll go like 5 first notes of Fur Elise with one finger.
The values I have written are directional, and you will want to test on the fly what may please you more.
The workflow does not always work, so I tried to come up with a preparatory solution that helps with the first method.
There's a second quicker method for simpler looking images but it's volatile and unpredictable like nitroglycerin.
There's also a 3rd method but it didn't make it to this train.

I'll post a thread in the Art section with couple more examples, and hope to see some of your outcomes.
Here I post only one outcome, the one used in tutorial.

This is the original from pexels, and a normal workflow.
I expected to see some sketch lines in the background but it turned out flat like it was.

The alternative method worked better for this image.
