OMG you have been very courteous in having Gollum stay with you and showing him around the sites :rofl

Today Gollum wanted to prove that he has a sophisticated and artistic culture streak; he set off to visit the 'Sculptures by The Sea' exhibition along the coastal cliff walk near Bondi. Well, we lost him until suddenly he popped up before our eyes, from inside one of the exhibits, smiling smugly at us.

I think he had some magical assistance, there were laughs coming from the calm surf below.

Well, Gollum has gone off on his own this time down to the 'high country' around Mt Kosciuszko. Apparently he disappeared again but it looks like he has teemed up with a mob of kangaroos.

He was last seen by a local ranger on the slopes, who obviously startled the kangaroo mob in the snow during an almost 'whiteout' situation; he did though manage to take a photo ...

Well this comes as a bit of a surprise - is it Gollum who has left the kangaroo mob to come in from the cold or is it a smiling, docile Smeagol at the entrance bar in the Kosciuszko Chalet.

Whatever the local ale seems to have made its mark!

Ah Sallyanne, Akky must have had some inside political info !!

Very surprisingly Gollum has left the snow and reappeared not too far away in the nation's capital Canberra.

But he is not sightseeing; something must have really got him worked up because he is somehow sitting (besuited!) on the cross benches (i.e. not Liberal, not labor) in our Parliament and really giving it to somebody! He is sitting just in front of that other exemplary politician/businessman Clive Palmer (PUP Party!!) who looks to be playing his normal role.

Clive reckons catching up on sleep is what he is there for!

It seems Gollum has been ejected from Parliament for impersonating a politician; most of us think about 300 other members should also be ejected for the very same reason!!

So Gollum took an early flight up to Akky territory (not to help in the coming election!) and then went to the Great Barrier Reef. He apparently told the safety in structors he needed no special equipmemt for diving as he had his own 'air bubble'. He soon became the centre of underwater attention and even saw fish created from Molly's brushes - looks like he is planning more mischief.

Gollum is really moving at a pace now right down the coast to Tasmania, where he wanted to visit Cradle Mountain and what he was told was its 'magical' lake - well it must certainly have cast a spell on him because he decided to test out its properties and took a dip ... and he grew and grew and grew ...

@Graechan - I am treating your comment as a request ;) and with Sallyanne based in Adelaide it seems that Gollum somehow managed to get a BBL stint as a wicket (wicked??) keeper for a team playing the Adelaide Strikers at the new Adelade Oval the other night.

At least that 'keeper' role seems to match his natural gait (I could not imagine Gollum trying to bowl) and he even put on proper keeper's gloves if nothing else.

Image

Graechan I am not aware if he 'caught his precious' :)

P.S. for all those who have no idea about cricket ... just enjoy Gollum!
