Thanks to Mahvin, the object packing site now allows for SVG export so the size has no limit now. Used BRL to created the baubles and then added some drop shadow/reflection stuff at the tail end. :)

Did you open it in Inkscape to see how it rendered?

I did not, Mahvin; just resized as I imported into GIMP. I then colorized the circles via G'MIC and blended in BRL for the result. Picked a color background that I liked that appeared best to my eyes and did some drop shadow stuff. :)

Lyle, a wonderful image that you have made! Any chance of getting a tutorial from you?

Thanks for the words, Erisian/Pat. As for tutorial, just way too busy and brain's tired. Pretty much, the site that creates the dots is all you need for the mask. To colorize the dots, you need to use G'MIC (see screenshot below). :)

I fully understand, Lyle. Two jobs, even if one is part time, catches up with you quickly. Get some rest for your brain.

A good name for the image. Where is this "packing site"?
