Nice! The coloured one looks like a real baddie.
Using G'mic/Degradation/Oldschool 8bit on certain settings it would make great Doom 1 status bar face.

I had a quick go at your idea but didn't get good results. I'll have another go.

Reminds me a bit of old comic books covers with the coloring and lines...dunno why XD
