I can see volume in the essential parts of the image, the cheeks, the nose, and that is an advance in image manipulation.

Thanks, Issabella. Used convolution layer set to grain merge to get the "volume" details. Dupped the original, and on the base layer, set to Details>Gradient (G'MIC) and then set top layer to Grain Extract and merged down; used this layer as my convolution layer.
