A couple using the new scale option; made outcomes into brushes for further play. Also tried out the 'Force full Revolutions' parameter ...it should come with a warning 'use at your peril'

Great work OMG...
Warning below.

Beautiful work OMG. Seems like you have the scale function well tamed.

I am currently playing with adding a stroke the path using the currently selected brush option - and wondered if it would fall into OMG's realm of expertise.
The current state of play...
First the path stroked with just the line tool:

Then a brush with a path width of about 20:

Another brush:

And all layers combined...

Beautiful! Amazing. Do you have notes for how you did that? May I beg a tutorial?

Skinnyhouse, I'm very interested to learn how you did it. May I beg a tutorial, too?

Another play with scaling. Had some fun today in a search for symmetry in circular outcomes; now I need to investigate the relationship between Rotation Angle, Number of Repeats, Number of copies of Repeats and their combined impact on results. Great plug-in Skinnyhouse; fun to use and fun to understand.

I should call this one 'pondering 1' ...

Nice, OMG. This morning I just tried the simple settings.
Thanks to Skinnyhouse.

OMG, beautiful and interesting outcomes.
Skinnyhouse, thank you so much for your explanation and second version of the plug-in.
Here what I have come with.

Thank you Skinnyhouse.

I read your explanations but what is a "pipe brush"? Because a search with "pipe brush" shows:
Issabella

That's exactly the brush I used Level_0 apart from the fact it was an animated brush.
Super outcomes Issa. I like the dialog coded 3 nebulous effect. Really good look.

@Issabella - very beautiful outcomes.
@Skinnyhouse - Another cool update. Thank you.

A brush made from several layers so that it is animated. You save the brush as .gih

Lovely results Issabella
Thank you for the great plug-in Skinnyhouse

I've been having fun playing with it.
Having read all the gimp learn threads on the various versions I think I've understood most of it except the multipliers. Am I correct in thinking Offset x multiplier, Offset Y multiplier and Rotation angle multiplier affect the size of the multiplier pattern applied and each one is ignored if the Pattern multiplier option doesn't pick them? How do these interact with Pattern multiplier steps? Also don't really get what the different patterns do. Tried playing with various options but am finding it hard to see how the multiplier options interact.
For this play I kept it simple, used repetitions set to one, kept the paths and used them to make a mandala:

Congratulations teapot - excellent result. You can't beat a bit of play.
I haven't posted much to show examples using the multipliers (which I initially called modifiers) but they are intended to add subtle variation to an outcome. If you do one repetition without multipliers (and yes you do have to set the option for the multipliers to take effect) and then the same on a new layer with multipliers you can see the difference if you view the two layers in turn (toggle visibility). Just another set of options to have more play with.

I have put a more detailed explanation of the multipliers here on GimpLearn at post # 4:
