PixLab wrote:Diego, Sorry if my comment might look like a "hair in the soup", but I did recognize many filters from G'MIC
Thus my question,
Will you do a Python script? And if so, is this script "calling" some of the G'MIC Filters? (No programmer here, pls use simple word  )
(I did not find your last one on your last post, which I like it a lot :bigthup )

My answers:
Will you do a Python script?
It is already a Python script, work-in-process, subject to tests kindly performed by my dear friend Issabella
And if so, is this script "calling" some of the G'MIC Filters?
Yes, it is calling (one per "style") many of the G'MIC Filters under the menu Patterns, as I said at the beginnig of this thread:I prepared a new simple toy exploiting many of the G'MIC Filters available under the menu Patterns.
I did not find your last one on your last post
David gave the name (IDK if only recently) Op Art

So, good news !
I'm very happy and thanks again for your hard work.
Your outcomes are always beating my trivial tests.

Ok... my bad, I need to change my eyeglasses
I did found the last filter, though (Patterns > Halftone Shape)
In all case thanks for your explanations :bigthup

No Patrice, for the last outcome (post #7 style shapes) I used G'MIC Op Art.
It is called "shapes" because the technical name of the filter Op Art is fx_shapes.
Outcome of Halftone Shape is visible at post #5 (second image).
I recall that the name of the outcome indicates the filter used.

Wow Issabella, among the other things you were able to make excellent examples of Lava effect, I like particularly the last one.
