The florals definitely do, Diego, but the people still look too detailed and need more simplification.

Yes, but if you look at the names of the outcomes you'll see that all of them have been produced using 18 colour areas, which was the result of averaging the need for each kind of source image.
For people you will get better result using 7 to 11 colour areas.
This will be indicated when I will be ready for releasing the filter.
Anyhow, thanks for your comment, which is in sync with the problematic nature of different image types. Up to the user the appropriate choice when launching the filter.
I didn't distinguish so far in my tests (while in the final "Aquarelle" filter for instance there is a front-end for selecting the preset).

Just an example.

It passes the test.

Diego, what an impressive job you've done
Especially the flowers could be paintings.
I'm not much of a fan of edited portraits, except for #7, #17 and #22 of your latest outcomes.
Luckily you have Mahvin as a critical observer, I don't have much knowledge of painting.

Thanks for your comment, Ella.
But I need to understand better which ones of the outcomes you like (referring to outcome #).
You cited 3 talking about portraits, but they are not portraits.
Maybe you cited the only 3 outcomes in general you like?

If my assumption was wrong and if you don't mind:
could you indicate the outcomes # which you do like, irrespective of the subject?
Thanks in advance.

With portraits I actually meant pictures with people on. Only the ones I mentioned I like very much.

Many thanks, Ella.
Because I'm on the way to prepare/release a filter, I prepare also presets for various image types.
I will post the outcomes later here.

As promised this morning, I post here examples of outcomes produced using presets specific by image type (so far they were all produced with the same standard preset).
Critics are welcome.

I hope to receive feedback by Mahvin and all other persons who commented my previous posts.
When the filter will be released, each user will set parameters according to own taste, ça va sans dire.
These will be only proposals to start with.
