All done in Gimp/G'mic. B/W Pencil>Segmentation (original on top set to color with duplicate above color layer set to saturation)>dupped result ran Bilateral smoothing and selectively done erase-throughs to bring back details that I wanted to bring back) and voila.

Thought I would toy with packed ellipsis again. Added some extra stuff to create what I see as buttons. lol
