You also have a option for oil painting effects using gmic repairs smooth anisotropic plugin, you can do like cartoon too. In the tool box, use the anisotropic levels a lot and also shapen a bit, the amplitude not too much. ![]() to see better result in the texture give a zoom in the image: ![]() |
