can someone please provide me the gaussian blur plugins  i installed gimp on another computer, but the gaussian blur does not appear in the list as seen in the example the blur plug-ins is however in the plug-in folder but maybe the plug-in has been violated thanks in advance,gimper66 |

Here you Gimper. I'm assuming you mean the GIMP 2.8 gaussian blur.  If it's not, you should reinstall GIMP.
