Using Rodilius on already illuminated objects can really bring out the glow in animations.  This one has two layers/frames 1) the balloons ran through default Rodilius settings. 2) the original image of glowing balloons  The frames are both set to replace, an 300ms, and to loop forever. |

Those are great, Rod. How did you get that glow around the balloon's face features and the balloon? I think the rodilius filter will be really nice for Christmas, too. Make trees, tinsel, lights, glow. My paltry balloon. Urg.   _________________

Added Rodilius and set it to animate. Pretty simple. I bet if you take your balloon you drew and give it a very slight white or light blue stroke around the balloon,eyes and the mouth it will work nicely. |

These would look pretty great as high quality PNG animations instead of this low quality GIF that they were made in. |
