Cool Rod, I am trying to figure how you got all the white between the fence mesh. It almost looks like steam coming from a sauna.

Probably from the bump map settings.
What i did was open the image.Duplicated it.
Then i created a solid layer of gray #424242
I then desaturated the image using luminosity, and blurred it by about 9 or 11 i think.
I selected the gray layer and then i ran Map>BumpMap and used the image as the map.
Then i set the top gray bump mapped layer to screen.

Top layer = gray layer on screen mode
next layer - colored original image
bottom layer desaturated image - invisible.

Pretty sure that was the way i did it. :lol :)

:kpix I wonder what the water would look like if you isolated it somehow and bumped it with a very low setting like 1 or 2 (depending on the image size of course)
