No idea what "luce effect" was, had to search it out. Yeah, I guess that's what it is, never knew that though....

I used an animated filter called "Flare" in Aviutl (free) to make that animation on a png image made in gimp.

That's surprising to hear.
I've posted more then a few images, using the Luce effect.
I'm sure you must have seen them.
Anyway, nice work.
