No Level, It happened to me once and I applied it on another different image and no problem at all. Something with GMIC; perhaps.
After I tried it with the same image and it ran perfectly.

Well, it seems to be a gimp instruction (not G'mic) which does not work.
Hence I removed it.
Sending updated version to level_0 and Issabella.

Issabella, I started over before posting the error message
I closed Gimp and the PC, when I opened Gimp again I started over with the defaults and got the image below but still with these messages:



So I changed my image and:



and with a 3rd image, error too but I still get an image .:

I believe I have found the reason for these messages.
The source image should be the only layer, and no layer below.

The first two messages shown are always sent, only for info (they will be removed in the final release).
For the wrong number of parameters pls click on more information and keep the details.
Yes, the original problem occurred when the source image had more than one layer, but the amended version should have solved that one.

Another important indication:
Gimp still "suffers" in managing more than one thread in memory, so please go to:
Edit/Preferences and set the number of threads to 1
