The bowls made here sometimes lack a shadow. Try using 3D shadow in G'mic, you can play with it a lot. Further perspective a scm. file, works well too!

Jappaloe63, I like to add the shadow 'by hand'. It gives me more satisfaction. But the script can be helpful for some.

OMG, the peaceful, misty sunset over the Blue Mountains at Mudgee, I like it very much :kpix

Another take on the bowl method.

Canvas height: 10,000px
Canvas width: 1,000px

Ring layer height: 100px
Ring layer width: 1,000px

Z orientation: very small, about 2 to 3 degrees

Oldmangrumpy, the beauty, I think, is that most of what you make is entirely from scratch, the landscapes, the bowls, the apples, the magpie ... That's something I haven't gotten around to yet. Well done :paint
