There has been some wonderful blossom on the trees this Spring here in the UK - or perhaps I am just looking more carefully.

A Wikipedia image of a house on the edge of the sea at Birling Gap - taken in February 2019. There are other, earlier ones that record the slow and steady encroachment of the sea here.

I have used a throw-away custom font here - i.e. one that is really only suitable for this image. Now that it is so quick to create custom fonts this becomes a much more feasible way of working.

Working on a plug-in to make life easier for using text with the custom fonts (and normal ones too) stored in a folder...

So far have horizontal, vertical and diagonal forms with a basic drop shadow as an option.

Been a while since I actually used a custom font for an actual purpose...
... instrument from Wikipedia but the rest is Gimp.

I'll always remember that Perry! (Como) I loved his voice and everything about him. I liked his TV show. I still have a few albums of his. Love your image.
