Thanks pat625, AnMal and Issabella but finally I find that there is too much symmetry and rigidity, and I do not like the symmetry in decoration, so I did it again differently

I have no idea now after leaving Gimp for the cinema, concerts and reading ...

level_0: It's a beauty. I think working with filters is often more difficult than working on something manually because it's hard to match the right input image to the right filter and settings, but that one turned out very harmonious.
