Wood has been done before but I wanted to try too: [ Image ]

I love this - i have to experiment to get the wood grain (shouldnt be too difficult, i hope) but that 3d (scratches head) i think that is a 3dText script. is that correct?

Yes, I used the script 3d-extrusion.scm by GnuTux that oldmangrumpy supplied in this post

I like that metallic look OMG :jumpclap

Teapot - i found it, it is in filters > render ---i was looking in script-fu>3d text and that wasnt it
i found that if i carefully look at the end of a script in the script-fu-register area i can
find the menu/filter location
- i got it working and now another rabbit hole to follow Alice into

Teapot - neat pattern work there; we seem to be following each other around this forum :hehe

Another metallic design, a gift from 'lock down'.

here are a couple of mine - hope i remember how i got them (lol)

One of the things i noticed - are some of the 'jaggies' - maybe slight pre-Gaussian right after text layer?

ok with a little nudge I managed to get the Bevel Logo working. i saved some of the spheres , even one that i accidentally overlaid with this background .. i used that sphere (emap?) and a little shadow to get this :

i have to see if i can do that
