Some come out darker than others. Tried to lighten some. Used colorize to even out some of the coloring. Think this was not the best image to do.

Original filter is from Tin, he deserves the appreciation, I just translated it into python plus some small mods.

Anyone have a fix for Autohatch for 2.10x? Doesn't render right in 2.10x.

Yes, but it doesn't work as well as in 2.8.
One routine couldn't be reproduced properly.

Hey, Diego, when I close GIMP, place the python filter in my ...\Roaming\GIMP\2.10\plug-ins folder then launch GIMP, the plugin doesn't show up anywhere. I did a plugins search but only fine the unuseable Script-fu plugins with Hatch in the name. Not sure why.

Really sorry for what you say, as you have seen it works not only on my PC.
Two things:
1 - we use the portable Samj's package, so that the plug-ins in our case do not go into ...Roaming, but linked to from Edit/Preferences, as you can see here

Still strange that GIMP 2.10.6 doesn't see your python script as a plugin, Diego. Still, I have a portable version of GIMP 2.8.16 that still sees the old script-fu version and it still works there. Not sure why the paths for portable works with your python script but no with full GIMP 2.10.6. Who knows.
