Decided to try one of Reptorian's filter: Bit Plane, as indicated by level_0. I found that the most interesting "seeds" to use -IMO- are 0, 9, 14. Hence I included it as one step of my process. Today experimenting with Anguish and Local Orientation, to approach a bas-relief effect. With this effect the best outcome IMO is the grayscale one. This effect is really very interesting. I think you are right that the gray result is the best. But let me tell you that for this effect you did not choose the best image IMO. (sorry) I'm sure that applied to a building, a bridge or a beautiful view your results would be even more beautiful. hehehehe |

I like the BassEffect a lot, you have there very nice results. Aquarel effect is one of best effects for me. Your wine glasses is perfect! I love it. |

You do beautiful work with so many of these filters, Dinasset. Most of them I am not sure that I know how to use! |

Post subject: | Re: My Experiments 2021 |
Thanks Issabella and Pat. Yes Pat, for some of the filters I used "strange" set-ups (parameters), to see which effect they can produce. |

Revisiting G'MIC Engrave, which IMO can produce always intersting results.
