I am really late for this party! You might say I was "out of order" for a few days. I did not check email or play with GIMP at all. I have a lot to catch up. Dinasset, I love this Easy Effect filter. It really gives nice results, and is very easy to use. Thank you for keeping me up to date with each new version. That was so helpful!

Excellent start, Pat.
Glad you like this "easy effect", first of a series started with the objective to play with one or two GEGL functions, plus some Gimp and Gmic functions, but without a complicated process.
The risk is that there will always be a big part of images which will produce ugly outcomes, but also another great part which will produce luckely very interesting and pleasant outcomes. Like those you too have just started to obtain (my favourite is the bridge). Thanks to be in the party !
