I found a few photos I took in Cadaqués, a charming village in the North-East of Spain. At first hors there was very foggy.

One of the photographs I wished to revisit.

IMG_7248. The original with perspective correction.

Removed the people and made the tower brightness match the rest of the building. Emphasised the facade.

Increased the saturation on the buildings and reduced it on the steps (foreground).

IMG_1340. Not happy with my previous attempt. Another try, still not what I wanted to achieve, but different!

These other images from Cadaqués I could play with for many hours! All done with eq_lum_mask_small.py and eq_sat_mask_h_m_s.py
A significant feature of the photographs are the red tiled roofs. By using Colours/Curves within the medium mask of eq_sat_mask_h_m_s.py I have been able to brighten the darker roofs and then increase their saturation.

For most of these photographs I have used the luminosity and saturation plug-ins. Added a contrast mask to layer 2 to lighten the darkest parts.
