I'm struggling with the portrait I'm attempting right now, so am taking a break and have gone back to more simple mandalas :roll:

A clay pot with flowers. The flowers in the top of the pot are brushes I made from photos of the native flora in my garden.

Years ago our music was delivered on vinyl - firstly 78s, then 45s and 33s, being the rotation speed on a turntable. Artists dreamed of high sales giving them a gold record or a gold plaque, some of which were delivered in a format similar to that below ... OK, showing my age here.

Just Playing with some paths, stroking them and rotating; et voila - a mandala.
