Thanks Rod. I will try it to see if it works in gimp-2.8.14
I installed it, gave it permissions, closed and opened gimp, couldn't find the plug-in, so I opened an editor and it is saying it is under create, but it isn't there either. Maybe it doesn't work in this version.

Molly for 2.7 or newer versions of GIMP you must use version 1.2 here -
