It's that time of the year again. Muahahah!

I took this lovely young lady from pixabay and turned her appropriately dead for the occasion. Happy early Halloween.

Yup it's getting close to that time when The Walking Dead starts up again. :)

Those are pretty scary, although the girl is strangely attractive. :cool

Speaking of zombies, I just watched Z nation on SyFy. It's another Walking Dead clone, except these zombies only have one speed: wide open. They're like zombies on crack. The first episode was kinda entertaining.

Next on my watch list for tonight is "Hell On Wheels". It's one of my faves. :hehe

My secrets! They want my secrets...

I got a crackle texture and desaturated it, turned it so it lined up nice. Tweaked the whites whiter and blacks blacker with curves. Color to alpha - white, distortion map to the image so the cracks follow contours better. Gaussian blur just a little to keep them from being too sharp and stark. Voila, cracks.

Tux have you watched "World War Z" yet? The zombies in that one are fast also. :)

I have watched that one and yep, they're fast in there too, and it only takes like 10sec to change into a zombie after being bitten.

Some of these zombie movies are very tongue in cheek, like Zombie Land. My favorite line in that movie was when Woody Harrelson said; "My mama always told me someday I'd be good at something. Who'd a guessed that something'd be zombie killing?"

Bill Murray had a few funny lines in there too.

Beautiful work, and thanks for the tips. I did something similar to match an object added to an oil painting, but I wanted to know if there was an easier way. Guess not :).

Great work ek22 and Rod. I have to say, the fact that she is attractive makes it even scarier.
