The body/legs ratio is closer to mites than to spiders... Mites are very useful animals, they are used to produce some pretty good French cheeses(*) that unfortunately for you are banned by US imports :)

(*) I tried that one. Very good, but some people can find the self-moving black spots in their plate to be unsettling
