Hi All, This is my first attempt at creating a piece of digital "art" completely from scratch. (normally I start with a pencil sketch and scan it in)
It's my wife's birthday card (hopefully there's no reason she'll see it here!)
Overall I'm fairly pleased with it but I know there are lots of things I could do better (the strings for instance, I would do differently now - and I only finished it on Monday but I'm learning new techniques all the time lately)
I really can't wait until she sees this printed up (1st March)
Any suggestions for improvements welcomed (though it's too late for this image, but this isn't the last time I'll be doing something in this style!)

I love it exactly as it is. The bass guitar is particularly well rendered - a Fender copy I believe.

Thanks. Yes, it's drawn from reference shots of my son's precision. I changed the logo to "Skye74" (My wife's name and year of birth - oops, giving away a lady's age there)
She's a bassist too, but plays an Ibanez 5 string and that headstock wouldn't have worked
