Please, help making the futuristic artwork, based on the picture of the Chișinău city, the capital of the Republic of Moldova, with flying saucers in the sky and futuristic buildings and infrastructures that some looks like the mushroom at the top and/or marijuana and/or has psychedelic theme, including those related to the Moldtelecom, Moldcell and Orange office, except that will keep monuments, churches, sculptures and similar buildings look the same as in the original picture, based on the following pictures:

If I understand what you are wanting is help to run various filters on the images in the first post to make them look futuristic, by adding a UFOs in the sky, for example, or creating a new look to the buildings and plants. Is that correct?

You are asking for a lot, I think. Although, running a GMIC filter or two on the image might give you a start in the right direction. You will need to learn to add other objects to the image and make them look like they were meant to be there. It's not that difficult, once you learn the basics of GIMP.

How much experience do you have using GIMP? You might need to try a few tutorials and learn more about the features of GIMP before attempting something this ambitious.

I don't have time at the moment to help get you started but others might come along with ideas to nudge you in the right right direction.

Hi artionjar. Welcome to Gimp Chat.
I think your solution to this problem is to learn how to use layering and masks. You will need to use layers to add different objects into your image. You will also need to learn how to add masks to your image to cover certain things up and composite other things over them.
We have tutorials on using masks and layers in our tutorial section of the website.

Good luck with your image.

I think you should learn how to do this yourself, the only way to learn. We have given you lots of places to start from. Are you expecting one of the members here to do this for you?
After you have finished you could post it here to show us.

That's probably not going to happen. Although, you might get lucky and find someone to create designs and art for you.
