it seems people are a bit disappointed in their results of the tut. it helps reading the old kpt tutorial and looking at what happens in each step, but i think i'll post a more paedagogical explanation on how exactly this technique works in a new thread.

ok, here are 5 I have done using AnMal's tutorial. In one I missed some steps, one I did another G'MIC filter on and the same one I added a colour layer to. I also gave it a bit more whirl and extra radius

issabella: nice one! i really like the texture you put on, your pattern looks a bit like a textile print from the sixties or seventies.
