Given that my fine glass creation has become an object of humour, I thought I would take the humour to the absurd :hehe so here is my picnic 'drinking quota' - all fine Australian reds of course and just enough for one glass of wine with lunch at this beautiful Capertee Valley picnic area :roll:

Kimba, Issabella and jappaloe1963 - thank you. You know I just love playing with glass ;)

jappaloe1963 - the basics of this clear glass approach are covered in my old tutorial at viewtopic.php?f=23&t=13491&hilit=brumby

The process uses the very popular Bevel Reflect Logo script (BRL) and the tut files contain the resources necessary to create these clear glass images. Yes they do work in the latest Gimp releases ... 2.10.20.

This last image mostly follows those principals but does contain some modifications in the way i used the glass layers and their modes to achieve the final effect. Come back with further questions if you wish, once you have digested the tutorial :)

You probably already have BRL, but again come back here if you need me to post it for downloading.
