I know I'm a few hours early, but thought I would post a gyroid inspired 3 leaf clover that I created a few months back. More appropriate to post it now though. Hope to see some of your St. Patrick's Day concoctions too. Have over 24 hours to do them.

Click on the image for it's Flicker. :)

I didn't know that S. Patrick was connected with giroids and psichedelic colours

but i don't know much of S. Patrick only that he invented the symbol more loved by European
Neo- nazi after the Swastika, the Celtic Cross ( that as the swastika was before the Nazi a simbol of the sun or more exactly of the Cosmic Wheel )

Invented is wrong because was a much older symbol let say he grab the C but only did some P.R and "derivative work on it to make it compatible with Cristianity...then i know he hated snakes but liked shamrock.

And i know i must be very careful with jokes on S Patrick if are Irishman around, and strictly avoid any joke in case of drunk Irishman around (that is hard because irish migrate even more then italians but are more difficult to recognize ...best method to recognize Irish is making offensive jokes about S Patrick , but it is a very dangerous method, risk is to be lynched by furious mob )

##################################################

But whatever i may think about S.P i like your giroidal concoction

PS also your O ..was no visible when i started to type but it is cool

He is connected with the trefoil. Is that close enough to giroids?

Your stained glass of St. Patrick is beautiful.

That's exactly how I have him pictured, Jolie. Don't forget those flashing Italian eyes and the distinctive Italian smile. :hehe

They fear all the virus and germ that may be killed only adding at least 30% of irish whisky to the beer
