G'MIC Pen, G'MIC Segmentation, and G'MIC Bilateral filter for the second one. The first one was G'MIC Engrave, mainly. Of course the nuance I cannot outline (but I know you can play too, Pat). :)

My favorite is the watercolor. It lends real character to the elephant.
