I usually depict my Scandinavian Trolls in snowy environments (this "... of trolls" is a running series). Trolls are not very bothered by cold. But how about heat - now that's a different matter!

A light-hearted image done in Krita over a few hours. Done for a birthday card but this also fits the RAP theme of "last days of summer". Comments and feedback welcome as always!

She don't look tanned to me; quite green though (better green then red). lol

Fantastic art as always, Griatch. :)

The tree leaves are really amazing, right down to the way the light goes through them.

the drawing is excellent, Griatch.
Just one small comment (clearly coming from a...southern inhabitant): the world around the troll should be less greenish to show a hot climate.

Nice one Griatch
Looks like she is trying to cool off in a stream of water.
Not noticed the furry tail before - is cute.
What colour do they go if they get too much sun. (yellow?)
Nice overall

Haha for some reason I think of a 60's rendition of Tarzan only with trolls...That outfit is so Jane. xD
I love the rendering in the foreground it looks so touchable while still having a slight illustration/storybook type feel to it! The character looks very good too, the only thing I'd say about it negetive is the hands (Imo) could use a better shading OR rendering, I'm undecided which it actually is. They just seem to lack a small bit of detail. Could be me though, I'm blonde what do I know. XD
Love the water too! Looks so touchable...Goodness!

Lovely piece. :3
