What did you try? The only currently available filter is G'MIC Frames/Cube

Open your image.
Open GMIC Frame cube, set output = new image
change the first parameter to 1.20; leave al the others as they are
You get the first framed outcome
Now use this one as input and repeat the step.
You get the double framed outcome.
