its easy dude jst zoom on the eye then select around the eye then go to colors color balance and mess around with the colors

There is much more power in the hue mode of paint tools. for instance, with a color gradient:

You may want to feather the edges out a little bit, because the green eye has a bit of the original blue, showing in the white along the edge of the green.
Otherwise this is perfect!

Below is my own eye from a couple of years ago. Very similar to what you're doing here.
