I think i see where you are going with this. Results could be pretty fascinating. Are you adding color overlay by chance?

Thanks for the comments. To answer Rod, I created a convolution layer and only applied that to the front shreds if you will. The front shreds were colorized using G'MIC's Blend>Shape Average preset under my name in Testing folder for G'MIC. Created the Shreds themselves using various passes of Stencil set to Difference to create the mask. The rear shreds were just flips of the Front and dup set to Difference (could just as well used subtract) to darken. Still, again, a work in progress. :)

OK; this one might be more aesthetically pleasing. lol

Took a triple layered approach this time blurring the lower layers at consecutively higher blur radius and amount. Still used the dup difference method to darken the lower layers too. :)

Don’t be afraid to start over. It’s a new chance to rebuild what you want.

Thanks, Issabella. Still, a work in progress. Have some other ideas but am too tired to try them at the moment. :)

I like them both as Issabella stated you look from way back and they really stand out. =)

Thanks, Rod and all that commented. Probably going to give up on this short lived binge since I cannot get the details that I want out and just cannot seem to figure out a good method to do so. :)
