This is the first page of a new snippet (11 pages long) from my on-off black&white&red weird comic Where Red Apples Lie.

Sketched on my Android tablet, then finalized in MyPaint and Krita, with lettering in Inkscape.

Interestingly enough, the common wisdom of using PNG for better quality doesn't appear to apply here on GimpChat - the reduced-size version becomes blurry, whereas if the original is a JPG, it stays sharp. That's curious, but I changed to JPG now.

Last page! I hope you enjoyed this! I tested with a different workflow this time, using more blacks than in previous snippets. I appreciate any comments and feedback on the whole 11 pages of the snippet. :)

All the red apple comics hold my interest, the artwork always does seem to add to the interest by showing just enough to create the right atmosphere but not so much detail that you loose focus, and this one has an interesting ending, open to interpretation.
