I tried using Blender and dinasset's crochet plugin to make a 3d cloth.
Still figuring out the cloth simulation in Blender.
Also, one of the plugins (Colorful patterned crochet) asks for a pattern name; I can't use the ''wet'' default, it only works if I leave it blank - How can I fix this?

You may use the pattern you like better, "wet" was referring to one of my patterns.
If you want to use one of these, here they are.

Is there a specific folder I need to put the patterns in?

Interesting outcomes Dionisio. Haven't played around much with cloth in Blender, might have to check it out sometime.

No, as any other patterns set (I use a lot of them), place it in "patterns_storage" folder and activate it (if you are using ofnuts' addonscollectionmanager) otherwise directly in "patterns" folder of your gimp user folder.

I'm trying to install the portable version of 2.10; I wanted to install this management addon. Is there a way to do it?

The .py executes when I start GIMP, but I don't see the options shown in this tutorial (brushes sets): https://gimpchat.com/viewtopic.php?f=23&t=13277

I tried making the brushes_storage in the /preferences/ folder.

You have to create all the …_storage folders in Preferences, like here

Then you have to fill the …_storage folder with one or more folders of the appropriated type, like here

At this point under Help select "brushes set..." and you will see the panel to activate one or more of those
