Just made a Blue Curtain in Fractal Explorer - colorized it. Duplicated layerand horizontally flipped it. Added lettering to the top layer and after stroking it cut the outer part out. Bottom layer I did a textured glass on. Then just bumped the letters a little (inside and emboss).

I've had a lot of fun with Harry's Filters Rasperry preset which also makes a cool purple result. :)
