I'm not a big fan of painting trees in general; it always feels to me like too much work for relatively little return ... but doing leaves this way was an interesting experiment. Mahvin, my signature below is as direct sunlight as you can get, also some other images such as River Tunnel deal with direct beams of sunlight. Or were you referring to some special type of sun-lit image?

I guess I should think about how I say things versus what I mean. Your (beautiful) tree image has an overcast sky. What I meant about direct sunlight wasn't so much about having the sun in the scene as it was having the sun rays bouncing off all those leaves. :)
