Going for squared (as opposed to ovaled) bricks this time but still clean and not jaggie bricks. Believe I found a great way to work with the G'MIC Skeleton output to make for a very clean mask (involves dup, top layer set to lighten and moving left, right, up, and down; morphological output just amplifies the imperfections). I actually did the render before I hit the sack this morning (like around 2:30am that is; lol). Just only now did I have a little time to share (and the motivation to do so). Hope you all like. :)

I always like what you do but today I am embarrassed to say it, I who am still at level 0, I would prefer that the dividing lines are thinner. :)
(After daring to say that, I run to hide!) ;)

but that, then, would be getting into corn territory, again, level_0. lolol

I sort of like both narrow and wide. Chose this time to be wide to make sure it didn't look corny. lol

Always can (and I do) close the gaps using G'MIC's morphology preset. :)

Lyle, I tried to picture the leaves with thinner lines. I decided that I like them the way they are. BTW, are you continuing a previous binge, or starting a new one?

Contours>Morphology, level_0.

Thanks for the comments, too, Pat and sorry for my belated reply. I had to pull an 18 hour (between Monday and Tuesday morning) so pretty much chilled most of Tuesday. As for binges, I've not been able to break this one, but, like all of my binges, they come and go. lolol

:)
