Thanks Issabella! I borrowed bits and pieces from other drawings I've made, but I just wanted a different Wilber in my collection. I plan on redoing this picture I did way back in 2011.

The face on the shirt could have been more like your avatar or posterized, and I see a small "error" in the drop shadow.

n00b, lol

Lots of different levels of bluriness/sharpness.
The face is blurry, the hat sharp, the arms super sharp, the shirt slightly blurry.

Also, kids dont wear baggy clothes anymore.

Nidhogg, yes, I erased too much (the file was old and my eyes are old as well). Later, I'll just subtract the whole image out of the drop shadow and place it in a nice clean xcf file. Drop shadows were ALL the rage and now, meh. I tend to lighten up on them. Thank you for your comments.
