Just having some fun and doing some neon text.
The shadows are probably all wrong.
I often place shadows where they shouldn't be.

I like the way you used the neon effect. Very nice.

Wilbur chewing a paintbrush looks a bit like he's smoking a cigarette. (puts on helmet to avoid barrage of criticism :) )

I'm attempting to refine the neon letters a bit more.
