To feel alive, not having great new ideas, I decided to spent some time in re-creating drawing effects, using some of my existing filters (released and not), re-arranged slightly or deeply.

The script is "work in process", derived with strong modifications from one of mine.
It has an "obscure" problem so far: with certain images it produces bad results, but I don' understand yet the reason why.
It does not make use of Retinex.

Changed one processing step and some values in the flow.
Tried also to use people images.
No bad results so far (some are not nice, but -let me say- "neutral", not "bad").
Maybe I made a step forward.

Thanks Issabella, and yes I'm now quite satisfied.
This morning I run the filter on many Deviant Art images (15-20).
No one "bad" result, only one or two weak, some requiring an improvement thru a change in the mode and opacity of the last layer.

I post here some of those before dedicating time to people images.
