There are many posts about experimenting on drawing effects: style xxxx. What it is? Scripts, Plugins,extern Program like GMIC? How to start?

They are scripts by Dinasset. There should be links, perhaps in the resources scripts section.

Nothing in Windows is so simple than it looks like. Scripts installed, Folder declared in /edit/settings/folder/scripts ...

As I understand script for style A there must be a submenue 'Diego' in Image. There is nothing. I checked all other folder as well. Possible to tell gimp showing errors until start?

They are all python filter, hence not scripts, but plug-ins.
