Results of my "photo to cartoon" plugin

My gimp is in French and everything is perfectly working for the filter "bande dessinée"

@cli345 Removing the line before the shebang does indeed fix the script.

Removed stars, anti-parasite to despeckle. I use "Comic Book for 2.10" for title, I think it's good.
Sorry for bad 1st translation, I was watching TV and eating same time :hehe

I installed this plugin and I'm not seeing it under Filters>Artistic in gimp 2.10.24. Also, on gimpscripts.net, the download link takes users to the code for the file. It doesn't download the zip.

I will change the file to the actual zip (the file is now available as a zip). You’re going to need to provide more info for your problem though, because I’m using Win 10 and Gimp 2.10.22 and it’s working for me.

I find it ironic that it actually improves how most human faces look.

I am using Windows 10 and gimp 2.10.24 and I do not see the plugin under Filters>Artistic. What name should I be looking for?

I too was misled by the fact that the new plugin was called "bede" in french "Bande dessinée" (my Gimp is in french version and I am a new gimper). Eureka, last night I discovered in Artistic the new one "Comic Book".
This morning I discover here the message of Mahvin that confirms ma confusion. Mae culpa !

This filter is finally curing my Engrave addiction :lol

Haven't yet played much with the filter's own options, but I prepared the original with a custom workflow and used Bede on default.

I shot this Eagle today and made cartoon effect on it.
