Pencils and inks by hand (i.e. traditionally), cleaning and screen tone with Gimp. Probably will have text and bubbles with Inkscape much later.

Btw, is there any good tuts about Newsprint settings for some print resolution? I'm working just by trying everything, but probably there's more sensible way...
