Selections of river, sky and buildings so I could treat them separately. I tried to keep the feeling of evening.

IMG_2192.

Separate selections for river, sky, bridge and buildings. Colours/Curves on river and sky. Then selected bridge and buildings and used Saturation H M L. Added a new layer on Medium, copied it's mask to the new layer which was filled with yellow, soft-light mode at a low opacity to warm the stone-work and the buildings.

Perspective, just to make the two sides more similar. Equal Luminosity Masks H M S. Many adjustments to brightness, contrast and saturation in each of the masked layers!
